Cold Rolled Closed Annealed (CRCA) Coils and Sheets

What is CRCA ? meaning of CRCA ? full form of CRCA ?

CRCA (Cold Rolled Closed Annealed)  Coils and Sheets are produced through the cutting-edge Cold Rolling Mills (CRM). The CRM’s modern facilities, advanced operational technologies, strict inspection processes and integrated quality control, ensures an excellent product.

CRCA is manufactured in Deep Drawing, Extra Deep Drawing, Interstitial Free Steels and High Strength grades, which are conformed to JIS, EN, ASTM and IS standards. Dimensional accuracy is guaranteed by an automatic thickness control system using advanced numerical models.

Easy formability, High-quality Surface Finish, consistent surface texture with the optimum balance between texture (for paint keying) and smoothness (for image distinction) makes CRCA the product of choice for automobiles, appliances, furniture and many other applications.

CRCA or Cold-Rolled Closed Annealed goods are low carbon steel products that are known for their features to meet specific, customized requirements, such as: Formability, Workability, Close thickness tolerances, Better flatness, Clean surface to meet the close customer specific requirements.

Cold Rolled Steels can be used to produce parts containing simple bends to parts with extreme deep drawing requirements depending on the grade and mechanical properties selected. Cold-rolled sheet metal can be readily welded and is suitable for painting applications when the surface has been well cleaned.

We New Arise Metal are Stockist of CRCA Coils & Sheets from reputed manufacturer like TATA, JSW, JSL, POSCO, SAIL, AMNS (Essar) etc.
